Ms. Stenzel is a great attorney who took care of me when I needed legal help with my child support case. As costumer, we hire a law firm to help us to take the best decisions in our problems. When a firm affects the costumer out come, ether recklessly or not doing the job correctly which is a problem. I hired this firm to help me to evict a tenant. I asked them to write a letter offering money to move out, there was no answer from the tenant. Without checking if my property is part of LA City or LA County, another notice was send under LA County Ordenance for Pop and Mom live in. This notice was rejected as ilegal notice by RSO which is LA City. We had to send letter to cancel the notice. In conclusion; I had to sped $ 3000 for nothing. Every letter, notice, email, phone call cost me money. I was mo credit for the mistakes they made. The end; I did my own research and I was able to evict the tenants.
