I contacted Eileen in March regarding a question I had about a new lease, then reached out in July when my old landlord failed to return the security deposit timely and withheld funds that were unreasonable for the "shared expenses" that hadn't yet been billed prior to my moving out. Although I felt my issue was smaller compared to other things she probably had on her plate, she handled my situation with the same care I'd expect if a larger client. She is very professional, and I would recommend her to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Never answer when i call

I was refereed to Eileen Kendall from a friend that employed her Law Firm for legal assistance. Ms. Kendall's staff was very attentive and professional in their demeanor when they were gathering preliminary facts regarding my legal issue. Moreover, Ms. Kendall personally handled and resolved my legal issue in a professional, efficient and economically minded manner. Ms. Kendall always responded to my legal questions and concerns regarding my real property dispute, in a timely manner, via email or telephone; I never felt that I was alone during my legal uncertainty, knowing that I had a professional, responsible and caring attorney on my side.

I work for a large property management company out of Long Beach. One day while in court I watched Eileen and was impressed. I asked for her card and have been using her for the past two years. She is the best, professional and all of my cases have been a success. Private Owner or large company I highly recommend her!

My cousin had issues with her landlord and he was doing many illegal things during the covid pandemic and without Eileen’s assistance my cousin would have been totally lost. She didn’t know what to do and thought her and her kids would have to find somewhere else to live but with Eileen’s help they were able to set the landlord straight and continue living in their rental.
