I recently had some legal issues and didn't know where to turn... I did my research and visited with a number of lawyers, and after much consideration I listened to my gut instinct and I'm glad I did. Mr. Ernenwein was able to take my DUI case and help me through the process of getting everything straightened out! He was always available for me, as was his office staff. I also met with Matthew Rinaldi who assisted with my case as well. Both of these gentlemen were very knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was in very good hands and that everything would work out in the best possible way, and it did! The charges were lowered for a very reasonable outcome. If I ever need anything again, I know they will be there for me. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of McGregor & Ernenwein to anyone, including and especially friends and family. I've recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. McGregor through a difficult matter. Bruce, handled an 12 year issue that seemed impossible to get resolved. With himself his team he not only had the charges permanently dismissed but bared the government from ever filing again. Bruce is great lawyer and I would use him again anytime.

We were exremely happy with the outcome of our case, Bruce did his lawyer thing and for sure without an attorney we would have been up a creek without a paddle. We decided to hire an attorney because we felt that once we we're at court we were guilty until proven innocent (I suppose everyone feels that way), it was reassuring to have someone in our corner that new LAW. Bruce is a bulldog! He was in control in that courtroom as I was a fluttering mess. I was facing a felony with 3 years in prison. I had never even been to traffic court! Bruce made me face things head on...of course I was standing behind him shaking the whole time. He went over ALL my evidence and mounds of paperwork with me for hours..paid huge flat rate retainer. Then he found the relevant information I never even thought of or remembered. We went to court one time and he talked to the D.A. Presented the evidence I had and BAMM! I got 100 hours community service and a minor nothing charge! He saved my life. I was innocent of the felony charge and he proved it quickly. I learned so much from this local attorney. First lesson...you get what you pay for...paid a ton and got a ton! Second lesson... Don't be scared of him GIRLS...he's smart! Third lesson...you don't need a lawyer with sympathy toward you...you need a bulldog named Bruce. Last...if your guilty...own it and hire Bruce to minimize the damage.
