Mark was a true professional. While my wife and I have a pretty simple setup, as far as estate planning goes, Mark was well prepared and able to answer all questions. There was not a lot of time wasted in pointless meetings - which I appreciated. His fee I believe is fair and writes in language so modifications do not need to be made. Everything was explained clearly and all processes streamlined.

We just finished setting up our family trust and wills with Mark and he made the overall process very understandable and easy. We had been putting this off for a while, reluctant to go through the process, but were pleasantly surprised how manageable it ended up being. Two meetings and some homework for us to determine our backup trustees and guardians and we were done. What a great feeling to have this security in place for our family! If you're hesitant to go through this process, I encourage you to at least setup a consultation with Mark. That's what we did and that meeting was compelling enough to convince us to follow through with the entire process.

For the last couple of years, my wife and I have been searching for a top caliber attorney to assist with creating a Living Trust. Due to the big families on both sides - here in the U.S. and overseas, we had a few unique challenges vs. a typical family with children. Until we met Mr. Swatik, no one was willing (or probably wasn’t knowledgeable enough) to carefully listen and understand our situation, then articulate how a U.S.-based living trust would and would NOT address our unique situation.
