Jane Lee, our attorney contact at this firm, has always taken good care of us. Over the years we have had several reviews of our Trust document, and we have made some minor but important updates based on her recommendations. Keeping us up to date is a valuable service, and we appreciate Jane's efforts in looking after our long term interests.

Tax attorney is very knowledgeable and experienced. The trust binder is thorough but voluminous and paper based only which is odd and inconvenient. I wish there were a glossary with basic explanation in layman’s terms to understand clearly which type of asset can be, should be, should not be in a trust and more importantly why. Likewise for the requirements for beneficiaries and custodian or trustee for each asset, whether in or out of the Trust. Last, the different types of trust with pros/cons analysis. The customer service has greatly improved from 5 years ago and the meetings logistics as well. There is also a monthly letter with real life cases reviews and staff biography which is helpful.
