My ex chose Pouya as a moderator for our divorce since it was to be civil. I hadn't done of own my own research but I assumed that she did so I went along with her selection. Obviously, there are plenty of lawyers out there to choose from. But let me tell you why Pouya was the best. At our first meeting, Pouya was brought a calm to the situation since as you can imagine, is a very delicate one. (if you are reading this for the reason of divorce, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about!). Pouya clearly went over the details of how everything works, provided rough timelines, cited and knew the law, made it clear he would take no sides as a moderator, and even made us laugh. At every additional meeting, we continued to work through the details, solidified those timelines, and finalized documents until the last one was signed. Pouya was always available via phone or text when you needed him. If you are looking for an outstanding and professional lawyer who frankly "gets it," give Pouya a call. This was a easy 5 star review for me and should be a true resource and ally for you.

Thanks to Pouya I have full custody of my daughter. No one wants to be in a situation where you have to go to court over your child but a lot of times these days it’s necessary. Being a dad and fighting for custody is always a tough place to be. Most of the time courts side with the mother but hiring Pouya was the best choice. He made sure to do everything in his power to win my case and did a great job. Could not say enough good things about him as a lawyer and thankfully my daughter is with me and in a safer environment because of it.

Pouya was an extremely professional and detailed attorney when it came to attending to my family law matter. I tried to be reasonable, or so I thought, and hire a mediator to work out the details of my divorce between me and my ex because I knew we couldn’t compromise without a 3rd party. Well she got a lawyer and things went downhill from there. Pouya was able to step in, help get the house sold, the debts paid, assets allocated, get the amount I was forced to pay in support reduced dramatically and best of all, increase the amount of time I got to keep my kids!
