In fact, my business partner is a Lawyer. My business partner and I had an issue with one of our business developments and were forced to file suit. We chose Joe McGuinness to represent us. I have to say, I always dread dealing with lawyers, but Mr. McGuinnes was very kind, understanding and very very professional. I used their firm for several consults and hired them for a legal matter with my home city. We used Joe and his team in a couple civil matters involving an insurance company unresolved claim and another involving a limited partnership valuation dispute. In both cases, the claims were satisfied in our interest through negotiated settlements with the other party.
