Mr. Meinzer has a deep understanding of estate law. He was able to successfully work through a series of very complex processes involving our family's trust. My parents had set up a trust decades ago. It was designed to minimize tax burdens at a time when estate taxes were prohibitively high. Unfortunately, they never got around to updating or modifying it to meet current estate tax laws or standards. Modifying this particular trust would be impossible for anyone who doesn't have a very detailed understanding of laws relating to trusts and estates. Without Mr. Meinzer's expert guidance and counsel, we would have been lost. Mr. Meinzer and his staff were very thorough in covering every detail, apprising us of the progress, explaining any pertinent issues and also planning strategies that were the most cost-effective without compromising quality or execution.
