We needed to evict a long time tenant who has not paid rent for over 6 months. Eileen was referred to us by another attorney so she gave us a "referral" rate. The process of eviction was standard until the tenant filed a counter complaint. Eileen took care of it by make a deal with the tenant and they vacated soon after with no further loss on our end.
