I am writing this review for multiple reasons. First and foremost, Hiring Ester Kim was and is worth every penny. Ester has an ethical value that you cannot find in most other lawyers. If I knew nothing else about this awesome lawyer it would have been enough. Luckily, I was able to learn much more. I hired Ester in 2016 after I had already began fighting for my rights as a father This had taken me 5 years to get enough courage to stand up against the mother of my children. My generation came from the belief that women had all the rights to their children and the fathers were only there for financial support. It was the purity of my beautiful children that gave me the courage to fight. The day they asked me to fight for my fair share of time with them was the day i gained that very strength. I was determined to show them that I wanted to be in their lives and also to teach them that no matter what, even if the odds were against you, you still fight for what you believe in. ( stay with me, I have a point to this). I felt that if I could accomplish my goal by myself I would be teaching my children about resolve, determination, and justice. Then it came to the period of time when I had to appear in court and try to express to our legal system why I felt that I deserved to be in their lives as well as have a voice in the way they were being raised. By Chance, I had met Ester a few months prior and she was always kind enough to give me guidance without even hinting towards any compensation for her help. She instantly gained my trust. I really appreciated her honesty and ethics. I had already been into the case for around 10 months when Ester agreed to represent me. with just one meeting, she was able to pick up and lead me into what I felt was a great victory. She was efficient, fast, and has an ability to pay attention to detail that I have no doubt helped me greatly in my case. Ester Kim is professional, fair, understanding, and with out a doubt an all around good person. I would have no one else in my corner. I strongly advise anyone reading this review to give her a call and just talk to her for five minutes. You will not be disappointed. I was referred to Ester from a mutual friend. Ester has been on my case for the past two years, and refused to stop fighting hard for me. Because of her, I now have my daughter, and couldn't be more happy with her. She is an amazing attorney, and an ever better person. She will see you through, to the end. My case was unique in a lot of ways, and her ability to navigate through it and ultimately get us our win is second to none. I would refer her to anyone in a similar situation. Ester was essential to my divorce. The way things were going when I walked in her office, I was confused and sickened by the whole process (trying to do it myself). When she looked over what little paper work that I had, that was supposedly filed by my ex, Ester looked at me and said. "your not even in the game at this point" My heart sunk, you see, my ex had not filed a single thing and was making me believe she had. I felt as though Ester had taken me under her wing and graciously and kindly guided me through this painful process. She went to bat for me on more than one occasion, supported me, and explained the process and reactions we were getting from the other side. I have only great things to say about Ester Kim. I had already filed for divorce and had retained a different attorney by the time my friend had referred me to Ester. Like me, my friend was in the process of divorcing a high conflict individual. She had been helped tremendously by Ester's advice and legal representation, so she suggested that I contact Ester. I like Ester. She’s easy to talk to; warm and friendly, but has a commanding presence that exudes confidence and knowledge. She listened intently, pulled the facts from my emotional account of fears, questions and experiences and wrote them down. She made a photocopy of her notes and gave it to me so we could review it together. She thoroughly explained the law and it’s relevance to my particular situation, then provided me with a set of options and the pros and cons of each. Ester is a kind and validating person who gives thoughtful responses and really wants to help you. She has become a trusted go to person when I've needed a second opinion. Ms. Kim helped me on my Child Support Modification while I was deployed overseas. Always communicated with Ms. Kim, informed & assisted me a lot on this matter. Ester Kim helped me thru an extremely perplexed and insane divorce. She was highly recommended and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She saved my sanity and put my ex and her attorney in check. I cannot say enough about her work effort and how much she cares about her clients. Ester is the attorney you want on your side when you need someone to "have your back" and take care of business!!!

Last year I was in a boating accident in Fiji. The resort agreed to replace my scuba gear that was lost/damaged and I signed a contract just after the incident took place. A month later, the resort tried to make all parties involved sign a huge NDA to never mention the incident again in exchange for the replacement scuba gear. I lawyered up with Ester who has had my back and made sure I didn't have to sign the second agreement. She is super nice and helpful and now I have my gear replaced without substantially limiting my freedom of speech.

With Ester Kim's help we just won a case to keep our restraining order intact. She made us feel like family. She came over our house on a Saturday (her day off) to view video surveillance in order to get the case started immediately. Throughout the process she always returned our calls, kept us informed and answered our many questions. On the court date she made us feel like a team and came well prepared and fought for us. We would recommend her to any family or friends.

Having Ester Kim as my attorney was the best decision I could of made she helped me understand what was going on she fought passionately in my case to help me get the visitation with my son even though he was living in a different state with his mother as a result I have visitation with my son and we're now rebuilding our relationship and I'm the happiest I have ever I've been
