Through what I consider to be a on going, very messy, prolonged and difficult divorce, Patricia is there to guide, support, and even comfort me through the whole process. I personally feel that I receive the personal attention I couldn't have found with just any divorce attorney. The degree of professionalism and knowledge of the legal system she exhibits is astounding. We are in constant communication and I am informed almost immediately of things as they surface by her and/or her attentive staff. p.s. I can always contact her by email and expect a response within a resonably short time frame .

It was a joy to work with Ms. Patricia Barberis and her colleagues. I liked Pat the moment I had sit with her to discuss about my case. She put all her effort into the case, and had a clear picture of how the case was likely going to unfold. She was also extremely supportive of me during the hearing process. She and her staff were very easy to communicate with. They responded exceptionally fast to any inquiry.

I am in the throes of a now year-long divorce. Fortunately for me, I found Pat and Colleen Barberis to guide me through the very complicated process. I have never had such instant response to questions, and I have never felt so strongly that I mattered and that I was in capable and caring hands. Colleen handled my deposition with grace and competence. Patricia has had many years of experience in divorce and she LISTENS and cares. She knows the law and the legal system inside out and works extremely hard to secure my interests. While I do not recommend the experience of divorce to anyone, I definitely do recommend Patricia and Colleen Barberis as lawyers to help you through it. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them 10!

She's still a tenacious pillar of strength, sweet as can be and surpasses the majority in LA and OC. She was there for me for 15 years litagating a peternity case against a tirent criminal law attorney who abused the law at every turn. Now, after 10 years absent as a client, I came back after a horrible pick prior. TG she has the time to pick up after the mess I was left with. Again, Pat is here fighting for me in another high conflict case. I have no doubt she will do everything legally possible to right the wrongs my ex has done secretly over 23 years! Patricia Barberis has done a wonderful job for me on a complex family law case. She was knowledgeable, experienced and very kind on top of that. At first I tried to handle my case on my own, but after the judge said to get an attorney, I did. Ms. Barberis had handled a prenuptial agreement for a relative and on her recommendation I called and hired Ms. Barberis to handle my case. She reassured me that I had a strong case and held my hand through the process when needed. I tend to be big worrier, but she knew when to reach out and let me know things were on schedule. She is soft spoken, but don't let that fool you. She knows when to be assertive.

I had a complex case, started with date rape, but at the time there was no such thing. I filled adult and battery. I hired a an attorney prior to Pat, but it turns pout he was buddies of my abuser ( a local criminal attorney ), let's call him SC. SC had me in to court on trivial things via exparte, he was trying to drain my finances and was acting out his bully personality. He threatened my life and my mothers. BTW; she wasn't just fighting for me,but my now 26 yr old twins!! SC, COULD NEVER INTIMIDATE PAT, she is honest and forthright, a solid person and has the faith to move mountains! I would have her by my side if I ever need an LA attorney. I caught this review searching for a divorce attorney... married 23 years.. never be surprised at what people do! But, Pat NEVER DID ME WRONG. She blew SC through to another county! she was with me for 15 years of steadfast litigation. SC was diagnosed Bipolar, he exploited the system to his advantage, pulled every trick out of the hat. PAT was there to catch them, and turn them into home runs for us!! Bravo Pat! She is also sympathetic financially, I made over a decade of payments... my twins? Stayed with me all their lives, one is in IT Security's, lives in SF, the other (God Bless Him) is serving us under special forces. Pat was my worrier angel. I did spend the last 2 years watching her daughter in litigation, she was prepared and confident. I'm sure she has evolved into the spitfire her mom is. LTW
