I had 15 years workman's compensation problems, but always avoided lawyers. Mr Lightman was wonderful. It was a long process as my case had deep history, but it was resolved well. I found him to be personable, interested in my case, and all turned out as well as I could hope, and 100 times better than I would have had if I kept trying this alone. Highly recommended.

Mr. Lightman is an amazing workers comp attorney. He has advised me on several issues that have helped me "survive" being on disability. I have moved to another state and that made things worse as far as my case goes, however, he and his staff have been so understanding and helpful to me in every way possible. My only complaint is that the staff takes too long to return my calls. I sometimes have to call 3-4 days in a row in order to get my phone called answered or returned. I can see one day, but waiting 3-4 days each time, is a little much. I understand how busy Mr. Lightman is but I think his staff should be more responsive and keep me informed more often.

It seemed like he cared more about making money by telling me what to do.
