My husband and I recently decided to revise our will, to include provisions for our dog, should we predecease him. I had read that Conover and Grebe covered pet inclusions, and so called to book a consultation. Ms Grebe was very attentive; she listened to all of our proposed changes to our will, (including some changes in beneficiaries) and gave very good feedback and suggestions, raising important issues we hadn't considered. When we received the final document, I was very pleased with its clarity and completeness. Very good job.

One of the worst experiences anyone could encounter is the loss of a loved one. The second semester of my freshman year in college, my father passed away unexpectedly at a train station on his way to work due to cardiac arrest. I had names of other trust attorneys but I wanted to see if the internet was helpful to helping us find a competent attorney for our trust. I read other reviews and was impressed so I made an email inquiry to their offices. This was followed up by phone calls and emails replies from Sibelle's office. Sibelle was patient and probably knew we didn't know much about trusts so she made sure we understood what this was all about. Several years ago Sibylly prepared our Will, Trust and all the accompanying documents. Recently we worked with her again to make some changes and update our documents. She really listened to our goals and prepared documents that worked for us and make sense. I really like her friendly but businesslike approach. She took the time to explain why certain language was required.

I contracted Attorney Grebe to handle a probate case. The probate appeared to be simplistic in the beginning but ultimately was more involved than I could have ever imagined. In addition to a very difficult home sale, we were faced with 5 unknown supposed family members claiming a share of the estate. Attorney Grebe and her phenominal staff provide guidance and reassurance though the entire 19 months. Attorney Grebe was able to recommend a Real Estate agent that was not only aggressive in the marketing of the property but was also very well versed in the probate process. The agent dealt with multiple issues from the home owners association along side Attorney Grebe's staff. Ultimately wearing down the home owners association and making way for a successful sale. As the probate appeared to be coming to an end, we received notice of potential heirs that our family had no knowledge of. Attorney Grebe's staff of Attorneys and Paralegals were superior in the methods they used to relay the information to me as well as building case history and supporting documents to ensure a positive outcome. Although we were faced with a Judge who had continued our case 2 times to allow the potential heirs opportunity to claim part of the estate, Attorney Grebe's staff prevailed and squashed both the assumption of the probate court and the Judge. The Judge ultimately found in favor of our family.
