our mid-sized agency has had the unfortunate experience of receiving early terminations after helping new manufacturers establish a significant base of distribution. Scott Sanders of Sanders & Montalto contacted my law firm in approximately 2007 because he was suing a manufacturer that failed to pay substantial commissions to a sales rep from my state of Pennsylvania. Since the lawsuit was to be filed in Pennsylvania, we acted as local counsel and together with his firm obtained a settlement for our client. Since that time, I have also acted as co-counsel with Mr. Sanders on behalf of other sales reps on multiple occasions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All such cases were successfully resolved. I have been a one-man sales rep operation over a long career. I wish that I had known Scott Sanders and his team earlier in my career. Since 2020 they have assisted me in an assortment of matters including when I was not paid commissions owed, and when I was compensated to help a U.S. manufacturer which was going out of business sell its production equipment to a manufacturer in Mexico. Sanders was as well-versed in Buy-Sell agreements with foreign corporations as he was in general sales commission disputes, which he quickly resolved and settled. We have a 100% success rate together in these matters, and the firm has contingent fees available to keep legal costs down. Overall, a win-win situation.

My uncle was dealing with a second Offense DUI and wanted legal representation. So he call the Law Offices of David Chesley for help with his case. He was assigned attorney Rafay Shahid. My uncle doesn't speak spanish so the manager Denise was there to help my uncle with any questions or concerns in spanish. Together they did a fantastic job. I was recently a client of Mr Dolenga and i’m truly thankful I called him and he took my case. I was having a hard time finding an Attorney for my Social Security case.
