Iv acquired David in two different situations and in both cases he has got the case dismissed David is awesome very professional and let you know what's going on throughout the case I've been truck driving for 11 years now and he's by far the best attorney I've acquired to date thank you David for all your hard work

I was being charged with HS 11352 (very serious). I did not sell anything and had nothing in my possession. Someone else sold drugs to a under cover police officer and I was just there. Anyhow, I was arrested and charged. I Found a lawyer to represent me. The lawyer that I hired didn't do anything, he just collected my money and wanted to walk me into a felony plea for a crime I did not commit. He told me that if I didn't plea, I would get a heavier sentence. A day before my Preliminary, I fired that lawyer and hired Pat Carey. Pat is very knowledgeable and he is a straight shooter. He is a real attorney who is here to really get the best results possible for his clients. Pat Carey got my charges dismissed and preserved my future. I had a helpless DUI case and retained Pat as my second lawyer. The first lawyer told me I had to do 9-month program and my case was lost. Pat filed a motion that scared the DA in giving me a wet reckless. Now I dont have to get that breathalyzer installed in my car! Thank you Pat!

I got caught speeding by a CHP motor cop north bound on the 710. The officer seemed personally offended by my Harley and the MC Patch I was wearing. He wrote on my citation that he had paced me at 112 mph. The officer wrote me up for both excessive speed & reckless driving; a misdemeanor charge. David explained that if convicted I could be fined thousands, lose my license, and carry 2 points on my DMV record for 10 years! David had the patience and took the time to listen to my concerns and special circumstances. He advised me of my options and the possible outcomes, based on his courtroom experience. David was present for each of my court appearances, advising me if & when my presence would be beneficial to my case. Working with the DA, David was able to have my misdemeanor reckless driving and excessive speed charges reduced to a simple speeding conviction. The result left me with 1 point on my record for 2 years and some community service. Lets face it, given the situation and possible outcomes, hiring David definitely paid for itself. I am absolutely satisfied with my decision to retain him, I will recommend him without hesitation, and I continue to have access to his counsel as I complete my community service.
