My wife and I had an appointment to consult with Sam Ledwitz, attorney at law in Torrance today and showed up a bit early. Mr. Ledwitz came out after we checked in with Jasmine. What an amazing first impression not only based on his comforting demeanor but his knowledge base, humor and transparent approach in dealing with the overall processing of our issue. Of course looking for an excellent value isn't always the way to shop for a qualified legal professional as the value here is in his knowledge and expertise. We truly appreciated the time we spent with Mr. Ledwitz and the myriad of topics we discussed which were informative and enlightening. We also met Ivy at the front office who was also professional and kind. The value is in the service Mr. Ledwitz and his firm can provide. Highly recommended.

Very professional service

I would not recommend using this firm. They have been unresponsive to me. I have asked to be updated on the progress of their work and they say they are too busy to respond. This seems ridiculous because I started asking 10 business days ago.

I’ve dealt with 3 different lawyers in regards to my will, my trust. and my LLC I’ve spent thousands of dollars. This is by far the best experience I’ve had, he’s handling all that, eliminating the LLC, putting my houses back in my name, he’s fair and has a great attitude. I don’t have to go to another lawyer again!

As I’m nearing the end of my services rendered with Mr. Brandlin, I feel I need to give him the highest kudos, thus far. He has, and goes above and beyond for his clients. He addresses all concerns, questions, and has a response time faster than a millennial’s text! He is currently helping me with what seems to be a case that keeps increasing in size. It’s complicated as there is a missing living trust which holds the deed to my mothers reverse mortgage. Long story short: a conservatorship for my mother for health care and financial decisions. He had a court date with the judge after putting a rush on it within 2 weeks which gave me temp conservatorship until the general hearing. Mr. Brandlin created my mother a new living trust, pour over will, and is expanding my conservatorship to include estate. Lots of paperwork but he guides you through it all, detail beyond detail! He works closely with a CAC that makes the flow even better. Final court date soon! I will update then!!
