Sam is personable and professional all at the same time. He puts you at ease and helps you relax and I am now totally at ease now that my bankruptcy case is over. I would recommend Sam highly.

Sam Benevento is a wonderful attorney and made a very stressful situation, easy to deal with. I needed to declare bankruptcy, and my accounts were frozen, I could not pay my rent or my bills. Sam was able to get me access to my money in a timely manner, answered my questions, calmed my fears and handled everything for my case very professionally. He and his office also stayed in touch with me and made sure I had everything I needed to go to court, and he handled everything there smoothly as well. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

The experience I had with Mr Benevento went great! I found him to be very friendly,knowledgeable and organized. When it came time for the first court hearing , he was there waiting for me. I called Sam because I was in the middle of a divorce wherein my highly trustworthy ex was eyeing two properties that I owned prior to our marriage. Moreover, because of my pending divorce my cash flow was diminished. Sam was not only able to help restructure my liabilities so that I could have the time I needed to rebuild my business, he was also able to shelter the properties that I owned prior to being married so that, at minimum, I had an extra layer of protection against the Evil Empire. I think what Sam offered that was most helpful, however, was the fact that he understood that as a business owner, I had specific needs relative to my business and instead of dictating how I had to conform my business to the bankruptcy process, Sam worked with me to find a way through the bankruptcy process that was conducive to my specific business needs. As much as it pains me to put into the public record that I was not only satisfied with Sam's work but that I was also grateful . . . I am happy to do so . . Sam's a good lawyer and, here's something you don't usually associate with the word "lawyer," Sam's a good man too.
