I hired Stan Denis to help me with a real estate investment (a hard money loan) that I was considering buying my ex-husband out of. It was a very stressful situation as my ex had been in the Mortgage industry for over 30 years and I wasn't savvy when it came to real estate law. Stan walked me through the entire process, making sure very document was in place , that all the Ts were crossed and the I s were dotted. He had me file every document with the right agency....... I don't know what I would have done without his help. As far as communication goes, he got back to me within a few hours and left detailed emails with what he needed to move forward. His office staff, Jana and Terri are fantastic! They are courteous, helpful and very quick to respond as well. All in all, it's a fantastic team. I would hire Stan Denis again in a heartbeat and refer him to anyone I know.
