It was great having Brinton McCusker as my lawyer following my car accident. I am grateful for everything he did for me. He helped me understand each step we had to do, with great detail, when I didn’t know anything about what to do after a car accident.

I highly recommend Brinton McCusker and BMB Law for your legal needs. Brinton and staff (Angie) were very professional, respectful, polite, responsive, and easy to work with. They kept me informed and up-to-date on all developments throughout the process. The defendant denied liability and damages and fought the claim throughout the litigation phase. I was pleased that the defense folded before trial, and the claim resulted in a substantial settlement.

After my accident I was lucky to find Brinton, I met with him off and on for 2 years for this case and he was very professional and always explained things in advance so that I had time to think about the direction that would work best for me. Brinton is a hard working, honest and very friendly professional. Meeting with him to go over the case is more like meeting with a friend. He made this difficult situation easier and he made sure that I got compensation for my injury.
