Ethan Birnberg is a fantastic attorney. He helped with two real-estate transactions in the Tahoe area over the past 5 years. With the first one, the other party kept throwing new demands at us, but Ethan was always ready with great advice, prompt responses and a deep knowledge that allowed the deal to go through. The more recent transaction he helped with makes me admire him even more. It was deal where the other party was making unfair demands, (which I didn't really appreciate).
