Elaine Andrews is extremely knowledgeable in Trusts and Estate matters. I had confidence in her ability to understand and develop a Trust, health care directive and financial power of attorney for us. My wife and I placed our trust in her ability to establish a program that would take care of us and our assigns when the situation arises. I had been referred to a very good attorney in the Denver area by an established surgeon in Littleton, CO. We heard good things about that attorney and other family members went to his workshop and found him to be very competent. They were able to also secure his fee schedule. I was able to attend Elaine Andrews' workshop and was quite surprised by many of the things she spoke about. It was very thorough and informative. My wife and I had the initial meeting which confirmed my impressions and we decided to work with her. After about three weeks, she presented us with a huge binder which contained our new Family Trust and associated detailed documents to ensure our legacy will be safe in the future. Our impressions were confirmed also when we presented one of our health care agents with the Advanced Health Care Directive. He immediately read the document and was impressed with the thoroughness and detail that Elaine Andrews went into to ensure our wishes and care will be preserved. He is going so far as to take a copy to his attorney to add a number of items to his own directive. This experience with Elaine Andrews has been very professional and we are very thankful that we were able to find her to establish this plan for us.
