I have been using the services provided by Rich and the team at Mobo Law since their inception. They have assisted me with a number of different situations including business and personal matters. Mobo has played an integral part in the growth and success of my business. Mobo set up our S-corp and handles the yearly filing necessary to maintain the corporate structure. They have guided our business through difficulties with clients as well as assisting in our preparation for a small claim we had to file several years ago. I have recommended Mobo’s services to several other local contractors and friends, all of whom are extremely happy with their services. I can say without hesitation that Mobo’s approach is ethical, intelligent and efficient and I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Mobo law is the friendliest most knowledgeable law firm I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They will always treat you as if you’re their only client.

Greedy revenue model. They turned down an easy wrongful death case (personal injury being noted prominently on their web site along with the phrase “we do it all”) that they were immediately interested in but only if I would agree to pay a consultation fee. My case is already in the settlement phase but I did not have the opportunity to share this. Their receptionist should be trained to not let business slip away due to an archaic money scheme. Big red flag.

Not a fan of how they do business. For $375 an hour, I wouldn't expect to have to pay for copies, 3% on the credit card, etc. It comes as a surprise when you get your first bill. Personally, charge $390 and make it all inclusive rather than having what I would consider tacky add-on's.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at MOBO Law. Truly. I have utilized their services for both business (setting up and maintaining an S-corp), as well as multiple personal matters, and I have been amazed at their ability to ensure I fully understand each step we’re taking throughout the process. They have integrity and sincerely put their client’s interests above their own. Rich Molsby and Jennifer Schaller, specifically, have made me feel comfortable in quite a few uncomfortable scenarios. I am so grateful to have found this team and they couldn’t not come more highly recommended!
