I was going through a nasty divorce and child custody battle with my ex. I tried to do it on my own at first but quickly found out there would be no way. Ms. Phillips helped me go from 5 hour supervised visits once a month to 50/50 custody with week on week off time with my son. She negotiated with the child support attorney to modify the child support calculation. Attributed full time work adjustment to her and cutting the support amount to less than half originally ordered. Not only that but got the court to not allow any spousal support and she owes me money!! Ms. Phillips is very knowledgeable and always prepared. She always updated me on the case and explained all the real options that were available to me and was always professional in court. I highly recommend Ms. Phillips and will do so to everyone who is looking to hire an attorney.

I hired Ms. Phillips to represent me in a wrongful termination case. She does not pull any punches. She is very knowledgeable about the law in employment cases and she does not back down from other lawyers. One of the things that most impressed me was how professional she remained in a deposition where the other attorney was out of control.
