Shadi Shedayi was with us for over 3 hours waiting for system to be up and running again. We had to go for biomatric again. She never left us alone dealing with USCIS officers. Even after our interview, she followed up with USCIS to call me and my wife for biomatric interview. I am so thankful for all effort she put in to our case.
