She doesn’t work in Tustin office often. Difficulty getting appointment. Her advice, mediocre. Example: Recommended that we set up LLC through a different state for our rentals to make lawsuits difficult but when lawsuit actually became reality, no benefit. Filing has to be done for California and different state (extra work). Once trust is set up, any modifications will take months to coordinate. Not much money involved in modifications so least priority. Office workers are not well trained.

As a retired attorney I thought I had a handle on how my appointment to create an amended trust and will would be handled. However this attorney and her staff go far beyond one’s expectations and my legal needs were handled in a timely and efficient manner. You feel comfortable immediately. Attorney and staff very competent and courteous and you know you are in good hands.

Nicole and her team is so easy to work with. I was able to get my trust created and understood what the next steps are. And I’ll be able to make changes whenever I need and they can also help my family if they have any questions.

Nicole Newman is an amazing Family Trust attorney. We initially had an unusual situation that she was very knowledgeable about & spent a lot of her time free of charge answering all our questions & explaining it to us. She has the highest integrity and was much more concerned with meeting our needs than charging for her time. We felt very comfortable hiring her to prepare our family trust. It was quite easy, as she and her very capable staff, Sarah & Laura took care of everything. Her fee was 1/2 that of others we had contacted, yet we got twice the service with Nicole.

I had a 20 year old trust that had been revised a few times, but I had a feeling it wasn't quite right. So I looked around and found Nicole. She did the most amazing thorough job and discovered some serious problems with the old trust. She explained all of the options to us, she took us through (and detailed in the trust) every possible scenario. Her office put the final document all together in a well organized binder that I know will make things much easier for my heirs to deal with. I highly recommend her and based on my previous experiences with other attorneys I'd put her at the top 1% in competence and customer service.
