I called her office to speak to Kelso, been day's now and no response. This is a formal notice to cease and desist order to Kelso law, PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME WITH LIES. Any further actions and comments will result in legal action against you and your firm. You're a liar spreading false information about me which is slander. Once again you are advised to not make any contact with Mr.Sarwarzad or his friends or relatives, you will be charged with bullying, slander and stalking me. Stop your illegal actions as you and your client are affecting my safety, health and well-being! You have been warned, leave me ALONE!

I’m really happy that I chose this firm to help with my divorce proceedings. Kate and her ENTIRE team are amazing at what they do. Armita, thank you for answering my calls and bringing important issues to Kate’s attention. John, thank you for helping me file my divorce papers and making all the edits for me. They listen to all of my issues and find the best way to protect me from harm. I also love how the firm looks—there is cool artwork everywhere, and the branding is phenomenal! Kate is a designer just like me, and I felt right at home when I visited the office. I have a hard time believing the negative reviews for this firm—take those with a grain of salt. Kate is like a good friend to me, and she goes above and beyond for me. This law firm is really good at what they do, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I've had the misfortune of dealing with Kelso never returned my phone calls or emails and to this date Kelso and a family member have behaved very mysterious and secretive still missing $ 17,000. Would not recommend this establishment to settle Trust.

DON’T listen to anything but this review: Everyone at K. Kelso law cares so much about each client, you’ll never need another attorney. Any negative review is clearly from somebody who can appreciate this new way of approaching legal services which will totally change your worldview and make you feel completely at home. Kate is the best thing that ever happened to me and her law firm is now family. Call them. Be a part of their movement.

I had the best experience. Kate helped me file all my business stuff that has been confusing me for years! It stresses me out so much but she set up everything & made it so comfortable and easy. 10/10

Looks like I made a mistake with trusting this firm with a pretty simple trust/power of attorney contract. I know we all have important things in our lives and in our work places but scheduling a client call meeting with me and Kate cancelling and not showing up for the 2nd time is simply rude and unprofessional. Then I call back and the answering service now says she’s sick and unavailable the rest of the week but provided no other options other than something to the effect of “just wait till she is available to call you back.” No one knows when that would be. I paid over $3000 for her services and she really hasn't done anything. She's disappeared and has abandoned my case. Accordingly I've filed a complaint with the State Bar of California.

She always treated clients and staff with respect, patience, and kindness, and over the five years or so we became great friends and confidantes. She has an emotional intelligence and vocabulary that makes negotiating with people seem easy. Kate is one of the smartest people I know. She learns quickly, thinks before she speaks or acts, and cares deeply about the people around her. It's not just her education that makes her intelligent, she's always striving to learn more. I've recommended her to other people I know as an estate planner and stand behind that recommendation 100%.
