Steven guided me through our chapter 13 bankruptcy process with great dedication, knowledge and intuitive advice. He followed up with the chapter 13 trustee before our first hearing and decided that my daughters student loans ( my parent Plus loans) could be contained within our case debt limit, even though we exceeded that debt limit. Theses loans are suspended in payments but do accumulate interest. He advised us to take the trustee's offer for our n monthly payment which was higher then he initially computed, but quite fair. He helped us understand the process of getting our second mortgage striped and removed from secured to unsecured status saving us over 200,000 in payments. He has followed up and given advice since the beginning of the chapter 13 process which takes 5 years.
