Case took 3 years, and got switched to several different attorneys before getting a permanent one. always had to call to check up on case because I never got an update if I didnt call. I'm happy that my case won, just unhappy with the fact I was told at the beginning of my case is that if I won, attorney fees would range from 10-33% depending on if taken to trial. I was charged 40%. Trying to find my paperwork that shows up to 33%. Other than that, no complaints.

This attorney fails to grasp the difference between discretionary authority and ministerial responsibility, and previous positive review were likely written by employees. This guy is not a trial attorney, he merely negotiated settlements where the opposing party seeks to avoid litigation.
