After talking to several Attorneys, I felt most comfortable with Attorney Will Bruzzo. His outstanding testimonials and past cases speak for themselves. He never pressured me into choosing him unlike the others. He did a great job with the case and ultimately exceeded my expectations. I was referred to Will Bruzzo by another Attorney who felt he was the specialist that could best handle an unusual problem for me personally. I was originally arrested for 2 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. Will acted quickly and got the case filed as two misdemeanors, no felonies: a great start! He compiled letters of recommendation and previous performance reviews from my employer and built a solid package to present to the DA. With materials in hand and a convincing personality, Will persuaded the DA to dismiss the case altogether after I completed some community service. I now have nothing on my record and have been given a second chance thanks to Will.

I was involved in a civil harassment case in which, the party accusing me of harassment was not only lying about the situation, he was trying to win the case and use it against me in an on going child custody case that we are both involved in Family Court. My name is Corkye. I am bipolar. In 2005 I had an episode, I drove my car against traffic and hit 9 cars. Thank God nothing happen to anybody but there was substantial property damage. I was arrested and in need of a good attorney. After interviewing several attorneys my family hired Mr. William Bruzzo to represent me. He did an excellent job. I was charge with assault with a deadly weapon nine times. There were nine felonies that thanks to Mr. Bruzzo the Judge dismissed six of them. I received five years probation and three months time served in jail. More recently, I hired Mr. Bruzzo to represent me again. I was confident I would win the case because he did such a good job the last time. For this case, Mr. Bruzzo asked me to put together letters from my health care providers who have seen me so I could show the uninterrupted treatment. On 10/22/2014 Mr. Bruzzo prepared a motion to reduce the felonies to misdemeanors, my doctors wrote letters indicating I was a good patient and that my symptoms are under control and that I had learned how to manage them. Mr. Bruzzo represented me so well in front of the Judge that after considering all the evidence Mr. Bruzzo gathered he granted me the reduction of the felonies to misdemeanors. I am very happy with the way Mr, Bruzzo represented me that now I have the opportunity to get my life back, I will be able to gain employment and my driver's license. This was my first time needing an attorney, and Mr. Bruzzo helped make a difficult situation much more bearable. The Police came to my home to investigate a hit and run [Vehicle Code Section 20002(a)] where someone claimed I ran into them with my car. I denied any collision, but the officer said he found some damage on my vehicle consistent with the accident claimed by the victim and I was issued a citation for Vehicle Code Section 20002(a), Hit and Run. At the time of the incident I was very concerned about having this conviction on my record, feeling that it could effect my career. I hired Mr. Bruzzo to represent me because I saw that he had gotten very good results in many other hit and run cases like mine. Mr. Bruzzo informed me that even a diversion offer from the District Attorney would not be helpful to me because it requires a guilty plea, which is as good as a conviction for many professions. Mr. Bruzzo made contact with the person who accused me to negotiate a civil compromise, but this person was uncooperative and we were unable to get a civil compromise letter whereby the victim could put in she did not desire prosecution. Despite not having the civil compromise letter, Mr. Bruzzo still managed to get the case dismissed without my pleading guilty when I showed that my insurance company had paid the damages and after I agreed to provide DNA. Despite the hurdles, Mr. Bruzzo stuck with my case, and helped me get a very satisfactory result. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any similar hit and run, vehicle Code Section 20002(a) matter.

After moving to OC and getting charged with Reckless driving, hit and run, and driving on private property with a suspended license and with my record I figured I would have to shell out for a lawyer and best case scenario not have to serve time. Will Bruzzo came in and not only got all the charges dropped but provided me with a peace of mind through out the entire process. I have had Mr. Bruzzo defend me for a possible life sentence he managed to bring it down to two years, plead guilty then he found a hole in a previous case and after all was said and done his liabilty and service was over with but he still brought me back from the prison and reduced my record to one strike and I served 15 months. He is by far the best price most loyal friendly and helpful, I wish all attorney's have the integrity this man has.
