Buddy went in on a restraining order for me. My ex wanted to leave the state with my kids and he put the stops on it. Not only did he do that but he got me full custody of my two kids. Because I'm a man I always thought the courts favored the woman in a case but he put on a solid argument for me and we won. He also accepted payments from me because I didn't have the funds to pay all at once. He also didn't charge me for phone calls and emails like many attorneys do for their time. He's a little harsh at times but I didn't hire a therapist. I hired a fighter and that's what I got. Thanks Buddy. You rocked it Bro!

He was very affordable and aggressive in court. He helped me get custody again. Highly recommend.

After four attorneys, I finally picked the right attorney. Buddy got my kids back from Tennessee. I am very grateful. Highly recommended. Very competent.

I'm actually pretty surprised to read some of the bad reviews on this attorney. He's not with a firm he is a solo practitioner. I had very little money and I had an ex that wanted to take the house the cars and everything. I went to him in hopes for some advice not expecting to hire anyone due to my financial crisis. He put me on a payment plan, charged a small retainer and won my case! He was really aggressive in court. he is from New York and he's a little rough around the edges so don't expect cuddles and hugs. He gets things done! I could not have asked for better. I'd hire him again.

I hired this attorney for my custody issues and as a father I never dreamed I would get primary custody. He's aggressive and delivered. I'm pretty grateful. My ex lied for years about me having a drug addiction. My attorney hammered her on the stand in a way that she broke down in tears. It was satisfying cause her allegations were lies. He proved it. He's a bit rough around the edges but I didn't hire him to console me, that's what therapy is for. Thanks Bill, your a rockstar!

This man cursed me out & called my fam names while representing me. He lost his temper quite a bit. While he did do a good job for the most part, in the end he lost documents, forgot to follow up, didn't follow thru on promises and cursed me out for HIM getting my court date wrong. He did not apologize for any of this. He is a loose cannon & I say you can find a more caring attorney elsewhere.

I hired this attorney on the spur of the moment. My daughter was put in jail on a first offense for being an accomplice in theft. Though my daughter did not do the stealing she was in fact with a group of people that were. Needless to say, Mr. Behrndt took over this case and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. He bargained with the DA and managed to even be quite friendly with him. He has this great presense about him and it seemed that all his colleages had respect for him. I felt comfortable. He managed to get my daughter out of jail and all she had to do was cal trans volunteering for a few months until she completed her mandatory hours. Mr. Behrndt also realized that we were financially hurt and he reduced his fees to us incredibly. He never charged us for a single phone call or email like all attorneys do. He set up a pay plan that we can live with and I feel good knowing that I have someone that I can call my attorney.

This guy ruined my chances just so that he could keep my case from being transferred out of state (which would have helped me win). A fast talker from New York who's only concern is packing in clients to line his pockets. He forced me to agree to support payments that I could not afford (rather than present a case as to why I could not afford $5K/mo). This cost me my house, as it went into foreclosure since I was left with less money per month than the monthly mortgage. Later in the case, he refused to accept my requested course of action and HE WALKED OUT OF THE COURT HOUSE FIVE MINUTES BEFORE MY CASE WENT BEFORE THE JUDGE ! Outrageous. Stay clear of this firm.

Mr. Behrndt respesented me in my divorce and did an upstanding job for me. With the little resources I had and lack of money, I felt the law firm worked with me with payments and were patient and compasionate with me. Mr. Behrndt answered my emails and never added additional fees as my previous attorney did. He even was great about answering me on the weekends when I had a few emergencies arrise. He would meet me on the weekends as I could not go to his office during the week due to my job. When my trial came up, he went over and beyond what I expected from my attorney. He really fought for me and my kids. I trust him because I know he's an attorney taht is always in court. He came highly recomeded and I would use him and recommend him to anyone I know.

Behrndt told me what i wanted to hear but could not perform in front of a judge and opposing attorney. I found him to be ill prepared, disorganized and to be at a loss of words when pleading my case. The judge disagreed with his interpretation of the law on more than one occasion. He was also rude and impatient when I would talk to him about my case. He did a very poor job in keeping me informed about my case. He would not return my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I am surprised that I used him as my attorney as long as I did (about 18 months). There is no need to put up with his behavior and incompetence.

Bad atty and service. Both partners are only there for the money and to not represent the client. They have ruined a case that is irreparable and now may have lost to a bad judge. They should be disbarred from practice.
