A better receptionist with training and manners would have avoided a bad review. Allow any potential clients to finish their part of the conversation before rudely cutting off with one a one word response. No manners or professionalism.

We’ve known of Brian for years and a family member had used him in the past. My wife’s injuries were very extreme and we thought that there was nothing we could do to make up for lost income We met with Brian and found him very positive but realistic, easy to talk to and understand. His office staff are all very supportive, responsive , caring and returned our calls/emails quickly. We finished our case on a positive note and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brian to friends and family.

The receptionist was nice, but, he never bothered to return any phone calls. Too busy to be polite, I guess.

I hired Mr. Brandt for a medical malpractice case years ago. He was never prepared and in trial we didn't have the evidence to prove my case. Maybe he has gotten better but I doubt it. Be careful with this attorney.

I want the best representation if the case is going to trial, and I also want one of the best legal strategists in town especially if it's not going to trial. Either way, bottom line: If you can't afford to lose, better call Brian.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful for any phone calls. Mr. Brandt is not only professional, but you can tell he truly cares about the individuals he represents! Before, during and even long after our case, Mr. Brandt and his staff have gone above and beyond to give us support any way they can. He worked hard and made sure that we had minimal work to do for our case. We were kept well informed throughout the process, and feel we got the best outcome possible, thanks to Mr. Brandt!
