I am disgusted and appalled at this attorney's lack of empathy. Not only did he not warn us that he would not be appearing by our side in court, he was completely unprepared and stuttered over his words on speakerphone which allowed the opposing attorney to appear much more informed. Court did not go well for us and when we expressed that this may not be a good fit & we'd like some of the $5,000 we paid him, he told my husband (who is fighting for my stepson) "No wonder your son's mother hates you." He said this to a man who is on the verge of losing his child & gave away his entire savings to an attorney TRUSTING that he would represent him properly. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS behavior.

Mr. Gassner is an exceptional attorney for all of the reasons stated by previous reviews and more! Stephen will prepare you in a way that will make you understand what is expected by opposing counsel (he will play devil's advocate for a time--don't be alarmed, this is GREAT!). The last thing you want to do is walk in a courtroom and get blindsided. Evidence, preparation, and efficiency are important to succeeding in the world of litigation and Stephen Gassner will get you to where you need to be as much as it is possible to do so. It is hard enough to go have to go through the court system. Why not choose to go through it with someone who is well equipped to handle it? Stephen works with integrity and that is seemingly rare in any field. How refreshing!

Steve's meticulous attention to detail couple with his inquisitive nature ensured that the toughest problems were not only fully addressed but were resolved with the most expedient solutions.
