I retained Dan approximately three years ago when my then teen son was being investigated. I had never been in this kind of position before in my life and I was truly terrified by the prospect of what our family might be facing. I googled defense attorneys and Dan's name popped up with a number of 5 star reviews. I held my breath and gave him a call. I'd never had to call an attorney for any reason before in my half century plus existence on the planet, and I had no idea what to expect. Of course, every lawyer stereotype was flashing through my brain as the phone rang. He didn't pick up so I left a message and Dan called less than 15 minutes later. Within 30 seconds of conversation every lawyer stereotype I'd entertained in my head was dashed. Dan was everything I needed at that moment. He was supportive, informative, sympathetic and understanding. Above all, he listened. I never felt rushed or nervous as we spoke. Facing a legal crisis is an overwhelmingly terrifying experience. To have a captain that can navigate your ship through the most perilous of storms is an incalculable blessing. Long story short, the case basically disappeared once Dan and his team came on board. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for one of the good guys, you've come to the right place. Dan Kann is the man!

I called Kann defense group over the weekend and was able to get legal assistance right away from Attorney Aaron who I hired right away and went into court on the following Monday to get my case resolved. They are very professional law company. I had a speeding ticket while I was traveling from LA to Bay area.
