Aaron Fontana represented me in a case that did not look very good for me from the get-go. But despite leaving him with little room to work with, he still succeeded in getting certain aspects of the sentence reduced. Throughout the process he was diligent and vocal about what he was doing and why he was doing it. There was a constant line of communication that I could rely on if I had any questions or concerns. Because of this, I knew he was looking into every detail, no matter how small, that could possibly help me and my case. He was extremely helpful for me. Overall, Aaron is a highly reliable, knowledgeable, and capable attorney.

In November 2006, I hired Attorney Steven Marcus to represent me in my very long, nasty divorce. It has been almost eight years now, and each and every time I have needed Mr. Marcus he has always been there for me and my children. Mr. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable in the field of family law and knows how to deal with complex issues which can arise in a court setting. One of the complex issues Mr. Marcus helped me to overcome during my divorce was when I filed for a move away from California to Florida with two minor children—it was granted. Mr. Marcus is a great advocate and very TRUSTWORTHY. He will tell you the truth and keep his promises. When entering a divorce, it is one of the scariest times of your life and you must have someone on your side who you can believe in, trust, and is great in court. Mr. Marcus and his office always kept me informed about my court-related issues and what I needed to do to keep going forward. He treated me with the utmost respect, and I respect him and his staff for the professionalism they showed throughout the years. Mr. Marcus showed compassion during my difficult time and gave me the strength and wisdom to go through it all. I am truly grateful for Mr. Marcus and his staff and would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a family law attorney. I can’t say enough about Mr. Marcus and his staff, they are truly wonderful! They have always exceeded my expectations in any of the court proceedings we attended. I currently live in the state of Florida and still to this day Mr. Marcus represents me in the event that we are called back to court. Attorney Steven Marcus is the very best family law trial attorney I’ve ever witnessed in the courtroom! After four years of retaining various wishy-washy attorneys, in addition to representing myself at times, Attorney Marcus took over my high-conflict family law case, which includes ongoing custody/visitation/child and spousal support issues at a complex point where several other attorneys have been reluctant to take on. During my initial meeting with Attorney Marcus, I was overwhelmed with all kinds of unresolved problems, but he took his time to calm me down and understand the history and outstanding issues in an unhurried, professional manner. He attentively listened to all of my concerns and gave me honest, objective advice on how to proceed... while not just telling me what I wanted to hear! Attorney Marcus can be described as very competent, knowledgable, responsive, no-nonsense, and direct. Although I figured his persistent and assertive style would help me, I did not realize just how much his representation would make such a difference until I witnessed him in action. His confidence in the courtroom is undeniable... and exactly what I needed! Don’t go it alone thinking you will save money... and don’t retain a mediocre attorney who will not aggressively fight for everything you deserve! If not for Attorney Marcus, I would merely have a judgment and orders on paper that continued to not be followed. Among other resolved issues, I now have a repayment plan for the $30,000+ in child/spousal support arrearages that I would not have been able to enforce on my own, and more importantly, I have a confident, competent and aggressive attorney in my corner, both in and out of the courtroom, to deal with unpleasant situations as they arise. I highly recommend retaining Steven Marcus for any family law issues. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner!
