Francisco is not an unbiased attorney - he does not take all elements of a divorce into consideration - I would not recommend him to anyone.

I hired attorney Francisco Zavala to handle my divorce case in Chatsworth Court. My ex husband refused to work things out and hired a nasty unethical lawyer. Mr. Zavala worked very hard on my case. He answered my calls the majority of the time. When he was unavailable, all my calls were returned the same day. Mr. Zavala didn’t charge me for every little phone call or email like some other lawyers do. Mr. Zavala was genuinely interested in getting me justice instead of just making money. Mr. Zavala never stopped working on my case. Attorney Zavala is honest, hard working, experienced and aggressive. I won my case, and received the custody orders that were in the best interest of our children. My ex husband is a bully and a wife abuser, but with Mr. Zavala by my side, the bully got put in his place. Thank you attorney Zavala.

I hired Mr. Zavala based off of a friends recommendation and i couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My case was very complex as it involved my two younger children which i was fighting for FULL custody. Without getting into too much detail, my case started out for a quick custody battle as i was fighting against an unfit father figure. However, my case quickly turned into a long ongoing trial. Mr. Zavala showed no hesitation to continue working on my case even given the new complications. He never raised my rates and even made it a point to connect with me on a more personal level rather than just my Divorce Attorney. I’m really glad my friend reccommended him, i couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer.

Francisco was amazing. He was very professional and really listened to my issues with my case. He was on time when it came to our meetings as well as in court. I would definitely recommend him to my friends who need a divorce attorney.

I hired Mr. Zavala to help me with a difficult custody battle with my ex husband. He fought for me and was always well prepared in Court. He is very well respected in Court and he knows what he is doing. He actually took all the time needed to talk to me and I never felt ignored by him. All my calls were promptly returned even after hours, He could have billed me twice what I paid but he never did. I am thankful for everything he did for me.

I went through a high conflict custody dispute during my divorce. It was a very stressful divorce that involved custody evaluation, minors attorney and reunification therapy. I do not know what I would have done without my lawyer Mr. Zavala. If I could vote him for best attorney of the year, I would. Mr. Zavala is an amazing Family Law attorney who is very knowledgeable. Mr. Zavala took a ton of stress off of me and was always there to answer my questions and guided me throughout my divorce. I definitely would suggest Attorney Zavala if you are going through a divorce.

I hired Mr. Zavala to help me through a very difficult and painful divorce of 20 years. My ex-spouse hired a big law firm to bury me. Mr. Zavala quoted me a very fair fee and never asked for another penny. I know he ended up working way beyond what I paid him. He easily could have billed me for an additional 30 hours of work like most family law lawyers do. He did not. I was able to keep my home, my dogs, my pension and only paid what was fair in spousal support. The Judge even sanctioned the "big shot" lawyers for abusing the divorce process. Thank you Mr. Zavala, I will always be thankful to you for helping me get through the most difficult time in my life.

Don't even think on hiring this person I hire him for an accident that happen to me when we closed the case he promise an amount of money and told me that all my hospital bills were going to be pay when they received the payment from the insurance company they give me a totally different less amount , they never payed for one of my hospital bills he kept the money !!!! And told me that I have to pay it from my own money that he didn't got enough money from the insurance company !!! Don't believe on anything he says make sure you get a copy of every single document !!!

All I can say is that I am thankful for the amazing work he did for me in my multiple felony case. He was able to keep me out of jail and get a drastic reduction for my plea bargain due to extenuating circumstances. He was worth every penny and more for his services. If I had gone the public defender route I guarantee I would be a felon right now. He went the extra mile for me and I feel like he took my case to heart. I would highly, highly recommend this lawyer If the police want to talk to you. If I had to do it all over again there is only one man I would trust with my defense needs and that's Francisco Zavala. Sign the retainer it is worth every penny.
