It nearly cost me to loose my family if I had continued to apply for legal permanent status. It recently came to my knowledge that it’s possible to vacate the conviction. I had a read about Miss Lias and her great reviews jumped out at me. I decided to hire Antionette Lias, I am so glad I did. Miss Antoinette Lias was a great listener, kind, very professional, she is there when you need her, and just a phone call away if you need to make an urgent call to her ,which I sure had to,at one point. Miss Antionette was also very informative and gave me updates throughout the entire process, herself! That gave me such a peace of mind, and it made me feel safe. But, best of all she was incredibly impressive, because she won me my motion that she filed for me to get the conviction removed! And know finally, I can apply to become a legal permanent resident, and without being separated from my husband and two small children! I feel so privileged of have met Miss Lias! She is for real an awesome attorney. And I am very pleased with the outcome she has given my case.

Top notch friendly service from the Lias Law Firm. I would highly recommend their service as they were fast, responsive, and completely competent throughout legal proceedings. I was kept thoroughly up to date on the progress of the case. Also the complexities were explained before making any decisions. However, the reason for the 5-stars is truly the service. I was actually able to speak to my attorney directly via phone or text. As for costs; I was told up front what it would cost. I dare you to find a law office that can provide a similar service.

Antionette Lias was an amazing attorney, she was always communicating what options I had and what next steps to take, she was incredibly timely with her responses (even while being in court) I wasn’t even able to be there for any of the court dates, due to being out of state. I am super thankful to her for making a terrible situation much better than it could have ended up and would recommend her to anybody who needs a stellar attorney.
