After working for a local company in SCV Industrial Cntr. for almost 20 years, I found myself out on the street having to fend for myself. Carl helped me set up a Single Member LLC; created and edited several Consulting Contracts over the last 15 years and thankfully it has been a much better experience than the first 20, which was not bad.
