Jay is my attorney and has been since I met him a few years ago. Regardless of the task, his attention to detail and genuine care of his clients is what sets him apart from most of the attorneys out there. He always seems to have his client's best interest at heart.

Edward O'Hare was recommended to me by a friend. I always do my research and look up reviews and his were consistently great. I came to him seeking advice and questions of an already existing trust as my mother already passed away and I had some concerns. I called his office and he took my call immediately. He was so easy to talk to and did't use all the big legal words or BS that goes along with it. Decided after our first talk to pay for an hour his time, sent him all the information on our trust. The advice and information he gave was so vital and an eye opener. I'm certain, that if I need to go further and seek representation, he will be the guy!! After our conversation, I was preparing to send him compensation for an hour of his time. He said, "consider it a free consultation!" What attorney does that!!! He truly lives up to all the positive reviews. He also wasn't a push over. He knows the law and is an expert in this arena. It's evident that he's passionate about helping people seeking help with their wills, trusts and guiding them down the correct path.

We went to the O’Hare Law Office to review our estate plan. In our first meeting with Mr. O’Hare, we explained to him why we were there. We talked about how our situation had changed since the documents we had were last reviewed and asked him how he thought we should change them. He listened and asked questions. Within minutes, we were talking about our situation with him as though we were old friends getting reacquainted. He is remarkably easy to talk to. He didn’t try to put our situation in a pigeon hole. He used his experience to suggest changes to our documents that better reflected our wishes. Less than three weeks later, we had wills and a trust document that were up to date. It could not have been easier. We would recommend him to anyone looking to establish or update an estate plan.

Edward was amazing through the whole process of planning my family's trust. He answered all of our questions and made us very comfortable with this process. I would highly recommend using Edward.
