They helped me in two situations. Once my landlord had black mold and was working without a permit. They helped get a settlement to move out into a healthier environment!
They also helped me when my landlord tried to raise mt rent illegally

Ary is great.. she helped me thru a very tough time with a matter that had nothing to do with me but was being sued for it..Ary was very on top of the matter, keep me updated every step of the way... and when it was all over I won my case (settled)

Find a better source I was mislead the first time I went for service. The next time she tossed me a packet took my phone number and nothing. Today it's a new person with the same not gonna help you attitude as she refuse to stand by the window where I was showing her paperwork she insisted on standing by the phone and when I reached down she rolled her eyes at the act so, they're definitely lacking professionalism that might go as far as helping you legally as well I'm in pretty deep and they're not trying to help me and it's their fault at the start.
