HI, I been reviewing the reviews about ZA Lawyers, I felt like I was reading a non friction book. My experiences is not like theses reviews except one. I been a client since 1/2023, in that time my case worker was either off, on vacation or with a client. I called many times ,texted Rachael never heard from her. when she did get get back to me she talked down to me,, she was really short with me.Like my case wasn't important enough. I was told after 11 month I had another case manager and no one notify me once. Just so you know I am not a lawyer and that being said I do not know the the process .So why was I doing the research for my case? I was suppose to get a call back from my Lawyer and it never happen. I was referred to you and now I don't know what to think. I wanted to call the person in charge of the firm and they told me they could not give me that information ....?

Mike, Gina, and the whole team are legit and more importantly, they care!

Great service

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. My case was initially assigned to one attorney, which she indeed provided detailed information, demonstrated aggressiveness and thoroughness towards the details of the case. She then left the firm and my case was transferred two more times. The second attorney also left the firm. This was a harassment case where ultimately my employer was stalking me at home. The 2nd attorney directly told me she had never worked on a case like mine… therefore, I didn’t feel like the passion to fight for me was there. I added 2 stars to this review because the customer service from the previous and only legal assistant I dealt with in the beginning of the case (Daniel) was great. I appreciate the communication and attention to detail from him. Unfortunately, I felt as though defense attorney was running my case for my attorneys. Overall it was not a great experience.
