I am not going to lie and say we did not get off to a bumpy start and I did not like it at first but after some good and well needed communication everything started to go smoothly. Jesse who was assigned to me kept me updated and replied to my text messages about any information that I needed. and after about a year now I am happy to say that we are finalizing my case with a happy settlement. I can defiantly say this was not easy but this things seem to never be. Thank you Jesse for your help and keep you on your communication skills they make a world of a difference.

I don’t recommend. Nothing has really been done in regards to my case. No communication. I just received a letter to dismiss being that there hasn’t been any activity in regards to my case. My injury was in 2019 and it’s now 2023. I haven’t received any treatments or money from the damage. I don’t even know the interpretation of my test results from seeing the State doctor. I called the doctor, and everything has to be done through the lawyer. Every time I call the office I get transferred to Jesse, the paralegal in charge of my case, and he never seems to know what’s going on. I just get the run around with him. They have not been helpful in my situation, and I regret wasting my time with this office.

If you're looking for a lawyer because you genuinely need someone to help you, look elsewhere! I tried to talk to someone on the phone twice at this place after I retained them. The first time, 2 weeks of messages and emails were ignored until I threatened to find new counsel. The second time, I tried to schedule a phone appt bc I understand they're busy. 5 days of back and forth and refusing to schedule an appt until I lost my temper. You do not matter to these people. You are just a faceless paycheck to them and they couldn't care less about you or your situation. I read the reviews and went against my better judgement after seeing the snarky replies to other reviews and it was the biggest mistake I made in all of this. Robert even said to me, "This is a volume business." Don't waste your time and sanity on these people.

Professional staff at Ozeran attorney’s office, especially for it being my first time and having many questions, I feel that Candice Green has taken personal care of all my questions and needs. I wish there were more Candice’s out there, she’s a valuable member of the Robert Ozeran team.
