My mother suffered a major wound as a result of a skilled nursing facility's neglect, and their failure to adequately take care of her condition. I wasn't alerted until weeks later when my mom was seen by an outside physician. The wound had become so bad the doctor recommended her leg be amputated. My mom was transferred to Providence Holy Cross Hospital for further evaluation and treatment resulting in four surgeries. I contacted the Peck Law Group after reading some positive reviews. He kept me abreast of my claim as it worked its way through the investigative process and into the settlement process. Unfortunately, my mother passed away during the settlement period and Adam was able to negotiate a very substantial settlement in a relatively short amount of time.
