My nephew received a few motor vehicle violations in early 2024. For the next few months, I had to log into the CA court system to find out the status of the violations and how to proceed in answering. To my dismay, the tickets never appeared in the CA court system and after calling the court numerous times, I finally spoke with a staff person who informed me that we still had to come to the court on the due date to find out the next steps. Based on my aforementioned negative experience in trying to resolve these violations, I was prepared to deal with the red tape and bureaucratic process. Upon arrival to the courthouse I just happened to bump into Mr. Garret Weinrieb (not knowing he was counsel) and shared my displeasure with the process and lack of communication assuming he was also there for the same purpose. He then explained that he was an attorney and could assist me with navigating the system. He gave me his business card and I called him a day later. What impressed me most, was that he layed everything out in laymen's terms and did not apply any pressure to hire him. He put everything in writing, including his reasonable fee. To my relief, everything he said would happen, actually happened. He kept us informed during the entire process and the case was just recently closed. I am extremely happy with service that I received and will keep his information on file. Hopefully, my family will never have to use his services again, but if we do, I am prepared and confident.
