Still waiting for a callback , from 12 20 2021.

I am so happy with the Basta organization. The help received was wonderful. We had a sad situation regarding an eviction and Basta stepped in and was so helpful. They were attentive to our needs, and readily available to assist. I recommend them to whoever might need services. I need to emphasize that in our case we needed to go to court for a jury trial to avoid eviction. Irving Figueroa was phenomenal !!! He was supportive and very patient. He gave us updates on court proceedings and informed us of what information might be needed. I am so happy with the results, and Mr. Irving Figueroa's help, as well as the Basta team.

Been trying to get in touch with them for over a week. Left over 6 voicemails and I have yet to hear back from them.

I apologize for getting my review in late. But what I would like to say about Basta is they are outstanding they kind understanding polite. I can't tell how grateful I am to them for going to bat on our adviction and it was presented to them on very short notice with not alot of time to get information about the case. Basta and their group of people they have working for them are incredible and they work hard for you the small people. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to win this case and buy us a little more time which we desperately needed. So thank you Basta on behalf of the kite family. God bless you all that work there.

Very helpful group that is quite prompt in assisting anyone who needs legal help; especially during this unique time. You will get to speak to competent people, not a computer. If you have questions regarding your landlord/tenant situation give them a call.

Kevin has been helping me with an ongoing situation where I had to break a lease and the landlord is dragging his feet mitigating damages. He's been a huge help and guiding me free of charge. I highly recommend you reach out, even if you just have a small question or you're feeling like you don't have a case. Ask!

I have used BASTA several times over the years. I ran into Danny (the brains/creator of Basta) accidentally at the DT courthouse while dealing with an issue, pro per. It turned out to be a very advantageous encounter. Over the years I have gotten excellent advice & counsel from this firm. If you have a landlord that is especially litigious, with entitlement issues, a "psychopath," who oversteps their rights, BASTA will become your best friend. Even if you do NOT find yourself in this exact predicament, BASTA is a true find. GOLD. I have won every case, including "settling /settlements." The outcome has always been in my favor, with the opposing side limping away, tail between their legs, bank account considerably less, mumbling to themselves, "What just happened?" I had the good fortune to have Kevin appointed for my last case. I was living in another state, yet also had residency here, etc. A lot going on & it was a stressful situation, to say the least. The lawsuit against me was exceedingly unfair. Kevin was such a go-getter with great understanding of the law and had a chess-like strategy. He demanded (rightfully so), all documentation he could, and in the end my self-righteous (hole) landlord, after paying his attorney what I surmise was, a nice-size fee, DROPPED the case. I could not have asked for a better outcome, or better counsel. Kevin is a genius in this arena. Needless to say, I highly recommend this firm. An excellent resource to have in your arsenal.
