I was dealing with a case that could potentially put me in jail for a year. The police had violated my rights and the court tricked me into waiving some of my rights. A friend of mine recommended Joe to me, so I gave him a call. He was very confident in his ability to battle the DA. We went over the case and he assured me that we had a good defense. During the trial, he pointed out all of the illegal things they did to me. They tried to lower the charges so they could still get something out of me, but he was not going to compromise with them. By the end of the trial, the DA had completely dropped the charges and I was free to go. To say the least, I was very happy with Joe's performance as well as the outcome of the trial.

I cant say "Thank you!" enough to Joseph for helping my Daughter and I. My fiance' passed away due to a work related injury. At the time, another Lawfirm let our case slip through the cracks. Which left my Daughter and I pretty much out in the cold. Joseph re-opened our case and brought closure to us and our case. I've never needed a lawyer until recently having a workers compensation issue. He's so easy to talk to and could relate to me like an old friend. He comfortably guided me through each step of the process, which I thought was going to be a complete headache, in such a way that I could understand even the smallest nuance.

Joseph handled my work comp case. In my search for someone to handle this case I was met with discouraging stories. Mostly how they were never able to get a hold of their lawyer during their case. This was not something I had to deal with. I obviously had A LOT of questions during my case (as I have never been involved with something like this before) and if I called and could not reach him, I would always get a call back that day! This was extremely reassuring for me. Joseph was very patient explaining my options throughout the whole case. This made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. At the end of the case I feel that justice was served and the good guys won. I am extremely happy with the outcome. All and all it was a very human experience and throughout the entire process I was confident that Joseph had my best interest in mind. Joseph surpassed all my expectations while being my lawyer. I was set up by Ventura county sheriff's and Joseph didn't step down or get intimidated. Even against the odds and I the corruption, Joseph managed to still find and attack the weak points in the Peoples case against me. He handled my case with more care and effort than I thought and actually goes deep and spends time to get to the bottom of my situation all while doing my case pro bono. He managed to save me from going to prison for no reason. Definitely my go to lawyer.
