I retained Mr Melnick in 2017 and he has been my lawyer ever since. He has been EXCELLENT at fighting my cases and winning them. Very experienced and an overall genuine person. He cares about me and I can tell that he’s passionate about what he does. It definitely shows. He is respected in the courts and I have recommended him to several people. Just love him.

Dan is one of the most patient, caring and sympathetic lawyers I know. Many lawyers practicing as long as Dan become jaded, but Dan still cares about his clients and he's still nice.

Let me start by saying these lawyers are the best in the business. Their whole staff is great and super professional, including their office manager, Marianna. They did what no other law firm was willing nor able to do. They fought for me and won my case. Every single lawyer in the phone book told me there was "NO HOPE!" "It's impossible." "Give up!" But Mark Melnick, and Steven Beecher were willing to listen to me. I brought them my case, I told them the truth. We put together a strategy and that strategy worked! I suffered for almost 15 years, working with lawyer after lawyer and losing each time. But all that ended when Mark Melnick took my case and won. To this day I still feel euphoria when I read the court docket. "In the interest of justice, the court grants the motion" My case was heard, argued and the motion granted and it's all because of the Law Offices of Mark Daniel Melnick. I had a mold problem in my apartment no one would touch my case unless there was serious medical issues. I knew deep down I had something legal potentially, without medical issues. I was on my last leg and almost gave up . I sent an email to ten attorneys on a Friday night. By Saturday morning David Green hit he stuck to it like glue . Wow!! Leah, what can I say. I came to her blindly, confused, worried and disappointed with myself that I made a huge mistake. She's assured me that everyone would be okay, and that's exactly what happened. Everything was okay, she took care of me. She Was patient, understanding, and worked with me to pay off my remaining balance, handled all my court so I didn't have to step one foot into the courtroom, so I could focus on my life. I recommend her, she is worth it! Take my advice on this one!

Obviously having to contact Leah in the first place meant we were in a not so great situation, but Leah was so kind and caring. She took her time with the case and was able to get the best possible outcome for the situation.
