Leah was a very great person to work with she is straight business. I was going through the first legal problem I ever got into my whole life and it was a scary experience. However, once I got Leah on my side it was nothing but great news and she was understanding, straight to the point, and strong lawyer to have on your side. I love everything she did for me by getting my case dismissed and also what peace she brought to me and my family as well. Outstanding lawyer !! If you are in doubt about working with Attorney Chaney, let me tell you my experience after dealing with about 10 other law firms. Of all the other firms I dealt with, nobody would really listen to my case and, more importantly, follow up on investigating what I needed help with and give me the legal advice that I needed. I was lucky to reach out to Attorney Chaney, and I thought that I would get the same service as I had received for months, but I was wrong. Attorney Chaney was amazing. Very thorough with his work, he listened to me, did not ignore me like all the others, and game the information that I needed to move forward with my case. He did this on off hours as well, and the price for all this was amazing !! I am so grateful to Attorney Chaney and I highly recommend him.

Leah legal helped me in my first and hopefully last run in with a criminal situation. I had contacted her 5 business days b4 my court date but Leah responded promptly and moved swiftly to file what she needed to stop my case from progressing to being filed in court. Ultimately, her fast response aided in the rejection of my case. Her fee was affordable compared to other attorneys I looked at. I would definitely recommend her to services.

Leah and her team were wonderful to work with! Someone would always answer the phone which is so reassuring when you have a crises going on! If Leah was not able to answer immediately, I would always get a fast callback. She found a great placement program at a 3 month live in facility. Monday is graduation and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Working with Kevin and all of the office personnel (Brenda and Yasmin) has been a great experience from start to finish. We were referred to Kevin by a previous client and we thought, let's call him and see what he can do. Given the amount of time that had passed from the offense of my family member, to the time he was trying to address it (15+ yrs), I was skeptical that Kevin could pull off a good outcome for him...well, I was wrong! Not only did Kevin help address the issue, but the outcome was even more favorable than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to call DCD in the future for any other needs and would refer them to anyone who is in need of criminal defense.
