The service was excellent!

Literally experiencing complete frustration with this law office and Michael Myoral. It takes a week or 2 to get any return calls or texts about your case or if you call with an important issue about your case expect to be sent to voice-mail and wait another 3-4 days before you get a response if you even get one. Most attorneys have an assistant or secretary to call and update or relay information if important but I keep getting nothing but the run around. I understand im.not the only case but all I'm asking is for communication so i dont do something i shouldn't but I guess that is clearly too much.
