Where do I began. I had a major accident at one of the top Fortune 500 companies in America. When the accident happened I tried to work closely with the company to receive all of the medical attention that was needed. After being told that certain medical procedures where needed in order for me to recover speedily, each procedure was requested to the company and then denied. The company's doctors would then appeal the denial, only to be denied again. After two therapist, four doctors and two specialists from the companies list of doctors where denied making the same request for specific medical attention, I then knew it was time for me to take matters into my own hands. I really didn't know where to begin, because in over 40 years of being employed I had never had to embark up on such a task so I kept it real simple and did research into some of the top workers comp attorneys in Southern California. Michael Burgess and Associates stood Head and Shoulders above all of their competition. I reached out to them, and every since they have been reaching out to me. The very next day they dispatched one of their representatives to my location and the work began. They walked me carefully through all of the services that they would be able to provide for me, I thought that it couldn't be this simple, but they assured me that they would continue to walk with me through this entire Journey. The 'company' fought long and hard to continue denying me the medical attention that I so desperately needed, but Michael Burgess and Associates fought harder.
