Absolute amateur.
Filed my paperwork with my HOME COUNTRY address instead of my American one.
Disappeared for weeks on end, wouldn't return calls or emails and always had a different excuse.
Was rude and patronizing when I asked for answers. And lastly, after asking for a refund - threatened me and my wife that she will say to USCIS that are "marriage weren't real". egregiously incompetent. Shocked she is still allowed to practice law.
